Ordering, Payment, Shipping and Return Policies

Ordering

Customers may place an order:

  • With a Credit Card on our website, http://www.boost-tek.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders.
  • By mailing a personal check, cashier’s check or money order to: Boost-Tek, 5177 W Stone Rd, New Era, MI 49446.

Payment and Shipping

All prices shown on http://www.boost-tek.com are in United States Dollars.  Boost-Tek will add charges for shipping and handling and sales tax if applicable to all orders.  Presently, a 6% sales tax applies only for shipments within the State of Michigan.  Customers in other countries also must pay any customs, duties or other fees and taxes associated with the order.

Orders will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Boost-Tek can only ship to valid addresses, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or rented private mailboxes.  The customer is responsible for any loss or damage after the package(s) leaves the care of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

The receipt by you of an order confirmation via e-mail does not constitute Boost-Tek acceptance of an order. Prior to Boost-Tek acceptance of an order, payment verification is required.  Boost-Tek reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order if payment does not clear and/or is not approved.

Boost-Tek reserves the right, without prior notice, to change prices on any Videos, DVD's, Promotional Items or Parts offered on the website without prior notice.

All transactions are deemed to take place in the State of Michigan, United States.  All disputed matters shall be subject, exclusively, to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the State of Michigan, and governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Returns Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Boost-Tek.  If you have any questions about your order please contact us via our Contact Us form.  We offer a 30-day return policy on all un-opened videos and DVD's.  If you are not satisfied, return the un-opened videos or DVD's prepaid within 30-days of the purchase date.  We offer a 10-day refund on purchased download videos.  No refund after 10-days on any downloads.

We do not accept returns on opened Videos or DVDs.

To Make a Return:
When making a return please follow these steps so your return can be processed as quickly as possible.

  • You must contact us at 231-557-8262 to advise us that you are returning your purchase and which shipper you are returning the item(s) through. NO returns will be accepted without prior notice to our office.
  • Send the un-opened videos or DVD's properly packaged, pre-paid and INSURED to: Boost-Tek, 5177 W Stone Rd, New Era, MI 49446.
  • No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.  Credit will be issued for the un-opened videos or DVD's only.  NO refunds on original shipping/handling charges of videos or DVD's to customer.  Customer is responsible for return shipping/handling charges as well.  Please make sure to INSURE your return shipment as Boost-Tek will not be responsible for any damage to videos or DVD's in return shipping.
